Continuing Education
I received my dental degree (DDS) from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL in 1981. I also completed a residency in General Practice Dentistry in 1982 at the Veterans' Administration Hospital in Miami, FL. I currently maintain my dental license through continuing education. I usually try to include courses on implants and cosmetic dentistry as these procedures are becoming more available to patients.

Personal Statement

What I enjoy most about dentistry is interacting with my patients. Providing them with quality care, whether that ranges from a single restoration or a full mouth, if that is what's needed. I wanted to become a dentist since I was 14 years old and got braces. I found it amazing what could be done with teeth. My greatest satisfaction is making believers out of patients that suffer from dental phobias and being able to restore them to optimal dental health. Come see us at An Elegant Smile Dentistry. Dr. Zarina Sicat, DDS

I am very passionate about dentistry and providing the best care to every patient. My responsibility is to each individual patient and promoting their optimal oral health. I hope to make each patient’s visit comfortable and fulfilling. I enjoy getting to know my patients, and seeing them leave our office with a smile on their face.

I am a life-long learner, both professionally and personally. I look forward to attending continuing education dental courses that focus on the evolution and future of dentistry. I am also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA).

Outside the Office
I am originally from Las Vegas, NV, where my parents and two sisters also live. I am new to Arizona, and I am excited to take in all that this great state has to offer. I always make time to give back to the community, whether that is through dentistry or through volunteer work at a local charity, organization, or church. During my time at USC Dental, I always tried to visit off-site dental clinics, Queenscare, Union Rescue Mission, and Mobile Clinic, to provide dental care to everyone from five to over 60 years of age, and people from all walks of life.
